We as a merchants shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage
Arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

By this Agreement, BION Creations Pvt. Ltd. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to use and reproduce Images in the following ways, subject to the limitations set forth hereof:
 
1.    As toolbar skins, screensavers and mobile phone "wallpaper" for your own personal, non-commercial use, not for resale, download or distribution;

2.    You can not use any other images ; other then you have download as of ; any media and any purpose;

3.    All the designs you have downloaded will be remain for one month.

4.    If there is no download made by the user ; As www.interiorgraphics.in is an conceptual graphics designing website and it contains conceptual designs data therefore once user login no refund will be given in any condition.if in case user not able to login or do not want to login and want refund then also BION will deduct 20% as a service charge and account creation charge & 80% will be given back to user within 7 working days. If  customer has paid twice bymistake , than the amount for one transaction will be refunded.

5.    Please note that if we are not receiving any intimation / complain withing 2 days of purchase that will be assumed as there is no obligation / issues regarding our products. After 2 days we will not accept any request for the refund and refund will not be made in any conditions.

6.    You can not download and redistribute any design.

7.    Any kind of illegal activity on website or by its content will be an offence and cause to be fine under cyber law.

8.    There is a limitation of using artwork 2500 times in any media like cutting, tracing , large scale printing etc.

9.    You can not use this designs other then interior graphics purpose.

10.    Excusive license means that design will be whole property of user and will not be online any more; so we recommend you to take backup as and when you download from the site

11.    Can not use an Image together with pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful or immoral content or in such a manner that it infringes upon any third party's trademark or intellectual property.

12.    Can not use an Image in a way that places any person depicted in the Image in a bad light or in a way that they may find offensive - this includes, but is not limited to the use of Images:
          a.    in pornography, "adult videos" or the like;
          b.    in ads for tobacco products;
          c.    in ads or promotional materials for adult entertainment clubs or similar venues, or for escort, dating or similar services;
          d.    in connection with political endorsements;
      e.    in advertisements or promotional materials for pharmaceutical or healthcare, herbal or medical products, including, but not limited to dietary supplements, digestive aids, herbal supplements, personal hygiene or birth control products; and
           f.    uses that are defamatory, or contain otherwise unlawful, offensive or immoral content.
You may not use an Image containing the likeness of a person if such use implies that the model engages in any immoral or illegal activity or suffers from a physical or mental infirmity, ailment or condition.

13.    Can not Share an Image by providing access to such Image on shared disk drives, computer networks, intranets of any nature or otherwise.

14.    Can not use BION designs in a manner that competes with BION's business. This includes, by way of illustration only and not by way of limitation, displaying Images in any format (including thumbnails) for download on a website, offering BION design for sale, or including BION design in templates of any nature, including templates for websites, social networking websites (e.g., MySpace.com, Facebook, etc.) documents, projects or otherwise for distribution and/or sale to third parties.

15.    You can not Represent yourself as an agent, employee, designee, or affiliate of BION for any purpose, including but not limited to the negotiation of any business, distribution, partnership, or development agreement.
